MTS Security Bed Rails helps keep individuals in bed and reduces the risk of injuries from falling.  Our bed safety rails easily lower by depressing snap button to provide easy access for the caregiver.  Security Bed Rails are made of steel and powder coated in off white to match any decor.

How to choose the right length Security Bed Rail:

Choose 18" length bed rails for individuals who need minimal restraint and wish to remain independent.  For individuals who need more restraint, the 30" length bed rail should be chosen.

Single Side Security Bed Rail - 1875 & 5075

The 1875 bed safety rail (18") and 5075 bed safety rails (30") fits any size home style bed and has a tubular frame with anti-slip supports that fits between the mattress and box spring. 

Model - 5085, Double Side 

The 1885 (18") and 5085 (30") fits up to Queen sized home style bed and is secured by a connector tube.  For King sized beds, use two single sided security bed rails.
