T-Gel Plus with Solid Seat Insert Cushions  have a T-Gel top layer, a one inch middle layer of T-Foam on top of a closed-cell foam, convex solid seat base.  This combination provides optimal shear-reduction, pressure distribution, and upright posture control.  If you could choose only one wheelchair cushion, the T-Gel Plus with Solid Seat Insert should be your wheelchair cushion of choice.

Cushions come with a stretch knit cover that compliments the shearing properties of T-Gel.  Easy on/off and machine washable.
