Sit-Straight Cushion with Pommel by AliMed

A built in pommel helps limit sliding forward and helps control hip adduction.  The Sit-Straight Cushion with Pommel helps keep the hips and femurs properly aligned.  The pommel measures 4"W by 3.5"H and is covered with a 1" layer of polyfoam for added comfort.  The solid seat insert base is designed to overcome the issues of sagging wheelchair seats and provides a flat sitting surface.  The cushion is covered by a wipe clean, waterproof vinyl and has a non-skid bottom with rear safety ties.  Available in two sizes - 18" x 16" and 16" x 16".
