The DermaSaver™ Shin~Knee Tube is especially designed for individuals in wheelchairs.  Soft, lightweight MicroSpring™ fabric covers the shins and knees.  Pleated contoured knee cups keeps Shin~Knee Tube in place while protecting the knees.  Helps promote faster healing while protecting knees and shins from pressure, friction and minor trauma's that can result in skin tears, bruising and abrasion.

Revolutionary MicroSpring™ fabric offers site protection, breathability, moisture transfer and anti-microbial protection not possible with gels, foams, fleece or polyfil.

The Shin~Knee Tube is treated with Ægis Microbe Shield, an EPA registered anti-microbial that inhibits the growth of micro-organisms on the product.  Microbe Shield is permanently bonded to the fibers.

For additional protection and healing the Shin~Knee Tube can be used with creams and ointments.  The product can be machine washed and dried.

Measure around the widest part of the calf.  Choose the larger size if the measurement is between sizes.
