The SafeHip Dorso is a revolutionary combination orthosis that can be used to treat lower back pain and for the prevention of hip fractures during falls.
The SafeHip® Dorso is made with AirX™ spacer fabric with four way stretch that conforms to the contours of your body. Extremely lightweight, low profile, and very comfortable, the Dorso is perfect for individuals with any lower back condition and are at risk or have a prior history of falls.
The combination of AirX spacer fabric and the horseshoe shaped hip protector provides maximum protection while allowing air to pass through the fabric to reduce heat build-up and increase comfort. The SafeHip Dorso is easy to put on and take off for both users and caregivers.
The SafeHip Dorso has removable stays in the back and can be adjusted to increase or decrease from a soft flexible feel to a very rigid support. Can be worn directly on the skin or over clothing. Machine washable and temperatures up to 200° and can be machine dried at high heat cycles. Available in five sizes, color black.
