Infants readily accept the inclined seating of Detecto's Pediatric Chair Scales. With a fun, plastic, shell-shaped seat that is easy to clean, pound and kilogram readings, and heavy-duty base and understructure, the Pediatric Chair Scale has a lot to offer. The scale is available with either and mechanical beam (Model 459-CH) or digital (Model 8432-CH) readout. The inclined chair seat may be mounted in three different directions, depending upon user preference.
The mechanical model has a die-cast beam can also be read from either side for added convenience. The digital model has a battery powered LCD display that features auto zero, lock-release of weight to compensate for typical baby movement, and auto shutoff.
