The Basic Stroke Cushion has a gel insert in the rear of the cushion to protect the delicate coccyx area.  Gel/cushion interface helps prevent edema by creating a gradual pressure transition between the firmness of the Solid Seat Insert™ and the soft, pressure relieving gel.  The cushion sits in the concave seat of the wheelchair without raising the height of the seat.  Available in two sizes: 18" W x 16"D and 16"W x 16"D.
